Virtualisation Tab
Do you want to take advantage of Microsoft's SoftGrid virtualisation technology currently available on the market? Before you do so, make your first step in the direction of application virtualisation by determining whether or not your applications can be virtualised. Camwood's new Virtualisation Manager will enable you to determine which applications within your portfolio are suited to the adoption of Microsoft's SoftGrid virtualisation product. By establishing a view of the percentage of applications incompatible with SoftGrid, coupled with detailed information pertaining to why, Virtualisation Manager will help facilitate the strategic planning of a virtualisation project enabling you to avoid processing applications not suited to the technology.
Summary Report View
A summary view is now available for all Application Compatibility Manager reports, giving you the ability to get a quick overview of how your applications fair across the board.
Enhancements
Complexity Rule Consolidation
Individual checks within the Complexity rules have been consolidated leading to an improvement in the way in which the data is displayed. Merging the checks together provides you with a cleaner, easier to read display of the details in the report.
Application Load Date
Application Compatibility Manager now displays the date in which an application was loaded, even if the application already exists.
