Camwood offers a unitised approach to project engagement, where clients can buy a set of units and spend them as required.
This approach suits clients that have:
- Ad-hoc application requirements, additional application demand or wish to outsource their packaging;
- A requirement for their build portfolio managed and reduce the complexity and internal skills requirements;
- Reduced 'expert' requirements in-house enabling the customer to de-risk and subscribe to long-term high-skills from an expert.
Camwood provides Application Packaging and Sequencing services based on the following criteria:
- 3 levels of application based on complexity.
- Applications can be certified as MSI or SoftGrid sequence for Vista, XP and/or Citrix use (Multi-Purpose Packaging)
- Patches charged at 1 service credit.
- Packaging advice offered as a 4th line resolver group to in-house packaging teams.
- Can be provided as a full managed service with full component management.
- SLA agreed for delivery.
