Camwood have developed an “Application Lifecycle” methodology which is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate an entire application portfolio migration or a single application update. This model tracks the progress of an application throughout it’s entire lifecycle, providing tools, expertise and processes to successfully deliver the application to the end user, first time and every time.
Camwood’s Application Lifecycle Management model facilitates not only the processing of a large scale migration project, but also the ongoing maintenance of the application portfolio and the inevitable change it will undergo. Establishing this model requires a one-off process of Service Mobilisation to ensure the appropriate pre-requisites are in place and that all processes are optimised.
