Clients typically have a defined application management process, but it is rarely assessed as to whether cost savings can be made or the lifecycle can be shortened. Management processes can also be improved when considering a client moving to a new deployment technology or operating system.
Clients spend considerable time and effort providing business processes to their users. The provision of the applications to the users is often problematic, un-accountable, difficult to budget and critical timescales are often missed. Camwood provides a formal process review where significant cost reduction and process improvements could be made for provisioning applications on Citrix and desktop estates.
These reviews not only focus on the technical process, but also demonstrate where clients can have end-to-end accountability and an immediate view of the cost, opportunity cost and provide formal estimating for budget purposes.
