Microsoft SoftGrid helps to solve the application interoperability challenge by isolating the application dependency from the operating system. If, for example you want to run multiple versions of Microsoft Office, you are able to run all Office versions from a single desktop without complicating the application management strategy with Virtual Desktops or Citrix provided applications.
But how do you know which applications are suitable? By coupling the Virtualisation Manager AppTitude component with Camwood services, our clients are able to rapidly profile which applications are suitable and through the AppTitude knowledgebase, validate the applications that are suitable candidate for SoftGrid. These applications can then be validated and sequenced effectively as 'right first time' based on informed knowledge and experienced professionals.
