Application Discovery
Who knows how to install and configure my users applications? My users keep changing their requirements? Should I be using my packagers to capture installation notes? I do not have enough information to deliver risk adverse applications to Production! I want to reduce the time and cost of my application service to my users!
Industry practices for processing application requests commonly entail the gathering of basic information to fulfil the creation and delivery steps. Much of this information is critical to the success of this fulfilment and is often only available from key user and technical contacts.
