Frank Foxall - CEO
Frank spent five years in the City as a banker prior to making the transition to IT. Frank has a wealth of Senior Management and Board level experience,
having worked for 7 years for Packard Bell, with responsibility as General Manager for offices in Italy, Germany, France and the UK.
Frank has also spent time abroad managing Product Development and Strategic Alliances for Packard Bell in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US.
A period of five years with GE Capital IT Solutions followed, where Frank was a Board Director and UK Vice President for Sales, with responsibility for
£260 million revenues and 220 staff.
Tony Fones - Professional Services Manager
Tony joined Camwood in 2007 to further develop the Professional Service propositions having worked at all levels of IT implementation, management and consultancy since 1986.
Originally from a programming and Novell Networking background, Tony has worked extensively in Microsoft and Citrix technologies since the mid-90s managing and delivering large scale
transformation projects throughout Europe predominantly in the finance and engineering sectors.
David Gilfillan - Sales Manager
David Gilfillan joined Camwood as Sales Manager in December 2007 having spent 12 years in the ISV community focusing on CRM software
& services businesses. David brings many years of management experience in both Sales and Operations.
Kiran Kumar - Operations Manager
Kiran Kumar Operations Manager with over 12 years experience within the IT service industry. Since joining Camwood in 2002, Kiran has successfully set up and managed the Service
Delivery team having responsibility for a team of 60 people, dedicated to software migration solutions.
Kiran has a solid understanding of the IT service industry and prior to joining Camwood, Kiran worked for Fujitsu ICL and SCC.
Before, moving into the IT industry in 1994, Kiran also spent 6 years in the financial services industry with National Westminster Bank and Halifax Building Society.
Susan Cunningham - Financial Controller
Susan qualified as a Chartered Accountant (I.A.C.A) with KPMG Dublin in 2001, following her Masters in Intellectual Property Law at UCL in London and Bachelor of Civil
Law at UCD in Dublin. In 2003, Susan moved to London to join a multi national Telecommunications company, where she worked on numerous projects including:
the systems review of the sales cycle and recommending and implementing system changes; and due diligence work on the acquisition of an Eastern European subsidiary.
Susan joined Camwood as Financial Controller in 2005.
Graham Norfolk - Chairman
Graham works for Acorn Capital Finance an independent organisation that has many years experience in advising on management buy outs, development capital, corporate acquisitions and mergers and public company transactions. Graham sits on the Board of a number of quoted and private companies and is Acorn's Financial Services Compliance Officer.
Donald MacLennan - Investor Director - non executive
Donald is a chartered accountant and has more than 25 years' venture capital experience. He has worked with 3i, Gartmore, NatWest Equity Partners (now Bridgepoint Capital) and Close Ventures.
