Camwood's expertise lies in assessing the impact of technology or business change on any application running on a Microsoft platform. The company markets its solutions to enterprises, primarily in the financial, banking, retail and telecoms plus public sector organisations and NHS; its blue-chip customer base includes many FTSE 250 organisations. Based in central London, the company is a long-standing Microsoft Gold Partner and Citrix Partner.

Graham Norfolk - Chairman
Graham Norfolk is the Chairman of Camwood and brings a wealth of experience to the management team with more than 20 years experience in the software and computer services industry.
A founding Director of Acorn Capital Finance, Graham has many years experience in advising on corporate strategy, development capital, corporate acquisitions, management buy outs, and mergers and public company transactions. Graham sits on the Board of a number of quoted and private companies.

Frank Foxall - CEO
Frank spent five years in the City as a banker prior to making the transition to IT. Frank has a wealth of Senior Management and Board level experience, having worked for 7 years for Packard Bell, with responsibility as General Manager for offices in Italy, Germany, France and the UK.
Frank has also spent time abroad managing Product Development and Strategic Alliances for Packard Bell in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US. A period of five years with GE Capital IT Solutions followed, where Frank was a Board Director and UK Vice President for Sales, with responsibility for £260 million revenues and 220 staff.

Tony Fones - Professional Services Director
Tony joined Camwood in 2007 to further develop the Professional Service propositions having worked at all levels of IT implementation, management and consultancy since 1986. Originally from a programming and Novell Networking background, Tony has worked extensively in Microsoft and Citrix technologies since the mid-90s managing and delivering large scale transformation projects throughout Europe predominantly in the finance and engineering sectors.
David Gilfillan - Sales Director
David Gilfillan joined Camwood as Head of Sales in December 2007 having spent 12 years in the ISV community focusing on CRM software & services businesses. David brings many years of management experience in both Sales and Operations.
Kiran Kumar - Operations Director
Kiran Kumar, Director of Operations, with over 12 years experience within the IT service industry. Since joining Camwood in 2002, Kiran has successfully set up and managed the Service Delivery team having responsibility for a team of 60 people, dedicated to software migration solutions.
Kiran has a solid understanding of the IT service industry and prior to joining Camwood, Kiran worked for Fujitsu ICL and SCC. Before, moving into the IT industry in 1994, Kiran also spent 6 years in the financial services industry with National Westminster Bank and Halifax Building Society.

Russell Healey - Investor Director - non executive
Russell is a member of the portfolio management team at Foresight Group which he represents on the boards of a number of companies. Prior to Foresight he spent three years at a merchant bank where he was involved in a number of corporate and principal finance transactions. Previously, he spent ten years in the Financial Information industry in a range of technology, product development, product management and marketing roles. Most recently at Thomson Financial where he led the European product management and product development teams for investment banking.
